When I click the "Web Demo" button, the clip does not play right on my page.
No worries.
At this stage, the "Web Demo" simply plays the clips on your webpage through our server for demo purposes only. The clips are not yet embedded into your website. With some webpages this will cause some viewing problems.
When you order your clips, we guarantee that they will play on your webpage with no problem.

When I click "Web Demo" the clip plays on my website, but I want it to be in a different location on my page.

When you embed the final clip into your website, you will be able to feature it anywhere on the page.
The location can be aligned to the top, bottom or side of the window.

Do my website visitors need to download anything to view these clips?

No.
The clips use standard Flash technology, currently available in almost every browsers.
If for some reason a user does not have flash, a message will appear indicating that Flash is required to play the clip.

Will it play on all browsers?

These clips will play on all major browsers with Flash installed: Internet Explorer 6-7-8, Firefox, Safari, Opera and Google Chrome.
The clips should also play on any other standard browser with Flash installed.
Will this play on mobile phones and devices?

Our clips use Flash technology and can only work on devices that support Flash.
Some mobile phones and devices support Flash, however, we do not guarantee your clips will play on these devices.
Where will the clips play from and will they play anywhere in the world?

The clips will be stored on your web server and play from there.
They will play anywhere in the world your website is accessible from.
When will I receive my clips?

We guarantee delivery within 7 business days.
In most cases, we will deliver your clips much faster, depending on availability of your chosen actor.
Please note that this does not include the time it may take you to put the clips on your webpage. We will provide you with full technical support to do so during business hours, and it should be quick and easy.
If you chose the copywriting option, the above delivery time does not include the time it will take the copywriter to prepare your text, which is an additional 7 business days.
We will only charge your credit card when the clips are delivered.

How will I receive my clips?

Once your clips are ready, you will receive an email from us with all the instructions how to download the clips and put them on your website.
How will I put the clips on my website?

Putting the clips on your website is quick and easy.
We will provide you with all the necessary instruction when your order is delivered.

We will be happy to provide the clips in different formats (for example, wmv, mpeg, YouTube, etc.). Additional charges may apply.

Is there a limit to how many times and where I can use my clips?

You can use your clips on up to 5 different websites (based on domain name).
In these websites, there is no limit to the number of times you can use and play your clips and there are no additional charges.
You may not resell, redistribute or transfer your clips.

Are there any additional charges or royalties?

No.
There will be no additional charges.
The clips will be yours, forever, and you will be free to use them for as long as you want.
